    The plugin seems to be excellent, however I can not see the ticket sent, when clicked on the ticket nothing happens, does not open so I can respond to the ticket. Do you have a solution?

    This is not the expected behavior of the plugin. Could you let us know the PHP and WordPress versions on your site. Also, have you integrated with WooCommerce?

    PHP version used: 7.4
    Wordpress Version Used: 5.5.3
    Yes I use woocomerce plugin

    Hello @marceliano,

    We have checked the scenario with the mentioned versions and works as expected. Could you run a plugin and theme compatibility test to see if there is any conflict with other plugins or the theme on the site. If the issue persists, please do raise a support ticket. We shall check this out.
