not work 301 redirect with/without slash

I installed 404 Redirected v.1.3.2 for test using.
I try to create redirect “/tag/principy-raboty” to “https://www.k-max.name/tag/osnovy/” in admin-interface.
But Google webmasters tools show me 404-error tag/principy-raboty/. I try to go link https://www.k-max.name/tag/principy-raboty/, then I got error. true.
I try to create redirect “/tag/principy-raboty/” to “https://www.k-max.name/tag/osnovy/” in admin-interface, but it is not work.
