• I set up the form on the contact page, configured it with GoSMTP (MetForm and GoSMTP came with the theme). I tested GoSMTP, and emails are successfully reaching my inbox. When I submit a message through the contact page form, it returns as successful, but I don’t receive the email. Checking the logs, I can see the sent message.

    If you ask whether it works, I’d say yes. If you ask whether it works correctly, I’d say no

    If your SMTP setup is correct, you should be receiving emails. However, please ensure that email notifications are configured properly. You can follow the instructions in this video – https://d.pr/v/GqitiZ to verify your setup. Additionally, check your spam folder, as emails may sometimes be stored there. If you are using a caching plugin, try clearing your site and browser caches. If possible, disable the caching plugin temporarily and check again. Hopefully, this will resolve the issue.
