not work for in categoy product

  • Hello when I use plugin and make bulk discount to a catgories with 100 pruduct it take just few secound loading, all good, but with one of my categories product discount dont work. the hourgllass never hand the job, I wait minutes and stii looks working, I dont know why.
    this category have 65 products with mutiples variations, total of 430 variation the plugin have to edit, is it out of limit? too much products/variations in category or it’s not that?
    no error in log file

    there is no wordpress error.log lines for this.
    just an endless wait that does not change any product price

    1. Can you check error logs in Woocommerce >> Status >> Logs
    2. How many products are in category?

    1-a specific log error? I’ve no log today for fatal-errors-xxx logs

    2-category have 65 products with mutiples variations, total of 430 variation, plugin should edit price for 430 lines.

    Okay, ideally if the plugin is not working as expected or doing something wrong, then it should generate an error.

    May be you can try increasing memory limit if that’s the issue.

    I’v got huge memory limit 762 Mo dont come from server config.

    perhaps no loops on the plugin to limit SQL size request? required for not small shop, dont know if it’s that.

    @ajna667 If the hours glass is not stopping that means somehow process is not stopping on your server. But without any log any information, its difficult for us to debug.

    it’s not my fault if the plugin bugs and doesn’t create an error in the log ?? I need the plugin to work.

    If the hours glass is not stopping that means somehow process is not stopping on your server

    it’s why I asket you if plugin take in consideration loops to have not long SQL query for large catalogs prducts, but your dont replied, there is loops?

    I find it’s was a bug in you plugin associated to no price. I had 1 variation product with no price, in case your plugin have to modify a product with no price function have no end no exit when find no price. You shoud add loop exit in case of errors when something blocking like no price in product even if a product is supposed to always have a price…
