Not work in checkout page and auto change to welcome currency

Hi,
My welcome currency is NOK.
The plugin not work in checkout page while the url has param ?currency=EUR, like below link:
https://qtechspray.no/shop/en/to-checkout/?currency=EUR

when I click on EUR currency the param has been add but not change currency in checkout page.

Btw, the EUR will work when the welcome currency change from NOK to EUR. but NOK currency didn’t work on checkout page.

Please look at the url and tell me how can I fix it.
