Not work on ultimate member profile page

I’ve created contact7 form and given shortcut in to field [_post_author_email]. Its work in user wp post, when test. They simply send email to concern author.
But not work when I insert in profile.php (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/ultimate-member/)
Could you please suggest, why is not working?
