    we have tried it on our installation with Divi Theme and it works fine!
    Can you please provide us further details about the issue? What is not working exactly?
    Can you send us a screenshot of the issue or a link to a page in which it is shown?

    Hi,

    Thank you for the reply. I now use storefront child theme, because Divi theme for me was too heavy. I tried installing this plugin, but still does not work properly. I include the following link: https://javastamps.com/. Please help me. Thanks.

    Hi,

    I’ve tried the plugin with Proshop theme and it seems to work in my installation.

    Please try deactivating all plugins, leaving only WooCommerce and YITH Auctions for WooCommerce active, and try again. If it works, probably any other plugin is causing this issue; in this case, you should try activating the plugins one by one to find the one that is causing this issue.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your support. I have tried to disable all plugins except Woocommerce and YITH Auction for Woocommerce, but it is still not working properly. What should I do? I feel frustrated.
