Hi Alexsina, Can you please give me little more information on this? Are you getting any error messages?

no error message show up at frontend page, but just not work.

Can you send me your error log from your server? Also which version of php are you using? Are you able to activate it? Are you able to access admin menu for this? At which stage it fails? Is it possible for you to send me screen shot?
I really need more information to figure out the problem.

Also there were no changes in the code in the last release so impossible to imagine that it might have broken after the update. I only tested it for php 7.0.33 to add support for php 7.0.33 and up.
Its possible that there is some conflict with other plugins on your site. Also if you have imported this same product already please delete that and also remove it from trash and try to import that again.
Have you tried it for other products?
Also you can try to deactivate any other plugins you have installed recently?
Also check your server for storage? May be you have run out of space… just imagining as I do not have access to logs. You can check it by creating products and media manually.

Ok, one possibility is javascript issue? There might be naming conflict with other plugins on your website? Can you check carefully if there are javascript errors?

I know the problem. Basically aliexpress is sometimes returning login page instead of product page. Plugin is not reporting this issue back to the user and instead just hangs. One improvement might be to add error handling here.
Also I think aliexpress determine it through AI whether to return this page or not. They might be blacklisting sites based on some criteria. It is strange that they also require login to simply browse their website in some cases.
Anyway I will work on the solution or workaround and let you know soon.

I just had a test on a subsite of multisite, and I found the variations not imported, did you test on mulitisite before please?

By the way, it would be great if it support import from the site of https://www.1688.com, or support by another one plugin, can we expect please?

Yes, I have tested it for multisite too. Have you tested it for different product?
About support for additional sites. We have some upgrades in the pipeline but support for 1688.com is not in the list up till now.
