Not Working

When I installed the coding manually (didn’t use the plugin) I only had an issue with Windows.
When I installed the plugin and ran through the setting and when I ran Favicon checker I got:
Desktop – has serious issues
IOS – looks fine on all iOS devices
Android – looks fine in some cases
Windows – looks fine in some caseshttps://dev.holycrossvillage.org
