I downloaded the BASIC version and, although I believe I followed the steps to set up the plugin I cannot get it to work. I get “USPS Shipping” (which is what I called that shipping option) and it says “Free” it doesn’t pull any rates or even give an error and doesn’t fall back to the $10 charge I entered as “fall back” rate. I have entered weights and dimensions for each of my products. vividconfections.com

Okay, I see that it works after you enter a shipping address, however the shipping address isn’t entered until checkout. When a customer goes to their cart it says Shipping: USPS Shipping (free), which is misleading. A client would think shipping was free, then when they go to check out and enter their shipping address they are shown the costs. And also, how can I indicate that our products are not eligible for library or media mail? I would think that there should be a way to only select a method that we can actually use?

Hello Vivid, In normal case, the free option will not be shown to the customer. It must be because of some misconfiguration in the settings.
For example, if you set fall back rate as zero, this can happen.
    Hope this information helps.
Please note that this is a free (Basic) version of our Premium plugin and sorry for the slight delays in response.
