Hi vrub! Thanks for your feedback!

I will publish a new version shortly to fix the individual file support. In my case, it was displaying the data but also some php warnings about not set values.

Regarding the gallery, I added more info there: https://dwvblog.co.nf/2015/11/11/dicomsupport-gallery/ on how to use it. I will copy it to the wordpress plugin page.

JPEG2000 encoded DICOM data is not yet available with this plugin. I will see if I can add it.

v0.2 fixes the individual file display (no more warnings).
I’m on to adding more decoders!

    Hey ivmartel!
    Thank you for the support.
Unfortunately, i still receive the same message (for each one of the .dcm files of the gallery): “TypeError: JpxImage is not a function”
I visited your example page and I saw that it works! Is it necessary to have another image plugin installed? what is this jpximage?

    Thank you again.

Yes, I still need to check the compatibility of the libraries I need to fix your error. The goal is for this plugin to support it without any other plugin.
A JpxImage is a JPEG 2000 encoded image. DICOM can use it to reduce the size of its file. To load it, you need to decode it with specific libraries.
It ‘should’ not take me too long I hope!

Ok, it should all be good with the new v0.3 version.

    Now it’s working!! Thank you!

    Hey @ivmartel,

I think that this is the right topic to talk about my problem (similar than @vrub’s problem).

I’ve been problem on put a galery of DICOM. I tried put 138 images in sequence and use the “scroll button” to change them. Maybe i need do something besides just uploaded the images to the post.

I noted that the “scroll button” was disabled for some reason.

    PS: I’m using 0.5.1 version.

Thank you for your last support message.

    Ok, it’s a better place!
On the demo blog, I put some help on how to insert data in posts for an individual file or for multiple slices. Did you follow these steps?

    Wow!

i didn’t knew about the existence of this “tutorial” on demo. Helped me a lot.
Finally i have a DICOM galery exactly like i wanted.

I noted that i can’t find DICOMs that i allready have on media’s library. I had to upload all the files again to select them.
    Is it normal?

Thank you for all support you allready gave me.

Happy it helped! It is also in the description of the plugin on the dicom-support page, but it is hidden in the new wordpress plugin interface. I will try to make it more visible.

You are right, in the ‘Create Gallery’ window, you cannot see all the files of the media library. I’ll check if it is something I can fix from the plugin.

If you can fix this, someday, will be more than perfect!

I have one more question about the galery (i promise that will be the last one). Can i put a “autoplay” on this galery or it’s just able to use the scroll to change images?

    (@ivmartel)

A double click on the image triggers a play of the slices/frames. A click in the image will stop it.

Thanks for your support. This plugin will help me a lot.

Happy to help. If it is possible, can you tell what you will use this plugin for and in which context?
