    I am trying to do a test to see how it works. I have a storefront with woocommerce, and I had a product priced at $15, then I followed it, went and changed the price to $14 and I have not received any notification that the price has changed. I connected it with my facebook and when I log into followprice as a user it still says the product is $15.

    The only thing I can think of, is that maybe there is an issue with this when the product is a variable product? It has different prices for different sizes. Does that have an effect on the plugin? Does it only work for a simple product?

    Thanks for contacting us.

    For now, we don’t detect price changes immediately, and once we do, the notification may not be sent immediately as well, since we send our notifications twice a day.

    Worst case scenario you will have to wait about 24 hours after changing your product price to receive that notification. We understand this is something that could be improved and for that reason we’re looking for ways to make notifications more responsive.

    Can you confirm you received your notification after waiting 24 hours?

    It has been longer than 24 hours…more like 3-4 days. Is there any way I can assist in diagnosing the problem?
