    The plugin “WordPress Mobile Pack” is active in your installation. I assume that is a source of the conflict. Since the theme of your website is responsive there should be no need to use that plugin.

    Please deactivate it and see the results.

    but I use wp mobile pack to show my site on mobile

    Can you please deactivate it for testing purposes just to see the effects and the responsive behaviour? You can activate it again after the test.
