    This was an IE issue which is now fixed in the latest version.

    This is not resolved, the plugin is updated and the problem remains. In Chrome I get the box and the circle going on in a loop, in IE I get a 404.

    Hi there actually I found another way you might experience the spinning circle.

    If your theme or plugin includes their own copy of jquery then it will crash the plugin. This goes against wordpress coding practices, You should not be including your own copy of jquery as it will cause conflicts. Maybe this is happening on your end?
