    I had a similar issue, for the ‘Included as Ad’ check-box under Ads Content | Text/Html tab was unchecked. Until you check it, ad won’t show. Also, if you have selected under Settings “Show only one time based on cookie”, it will only show once for any given IP. Hope that helps.
