Not Working

Tried this on 2 of my websites
First one using The7 theme, i set to manually add a watermark to medium size images. Tried Applying watermark to a single image and I just get the rotating timer icon and nothing gets updates.
Second site with a different theme and I could get the watermark added to thumbnail images only, thumbnails did not appear on medium or large size images.
