Not working?

Hey

I have downloaded and installed. I’ve applied a 100% discount to the first month through your menu and nothing is discounted when you go to the store? I’ve tired a bunch of stuff but nothing ever seems to get discounted? I’m really lost as there is not much on how to set it up and get it doing what you need to do? Is there more documentation on this at all?
I’ve also seen that you need people to be users. In our checkout is where users sign up so I am really confused as to why it wouldn’t apply?

If it is the case that people need to create a user account THEN go back in and start over again it isn’t really that great because it negates the purpose of a “first time” coupon? Could i get some clarification.
