Not working?

    Hi samdavis,
    Have you checked if any logs have been produced? If so you will see a file called “cf7_autoresp.log” in the plugin’s directory.
    If you see any logs please copy the log entries reply back this thread.

    What is MMERGE3? My message field? if so, what is the expected name? I gather it not to be MMERGE3 literally.

    Log file contents:
    Unable to load listSubscribe()!
    Code=250
    Msg=MMERGE3 must be provided – Please enter a value

    Hi Mike,
    According to your log files it appears that you have set a “required” field or merge tag for your list in your MailChimp account and as a result it is expecting a value.
    I recommend that you set that paricular merge-tag to be non-mandatory.
