Not Working

I have had the popup plugin working but now it doesn’t. I am using a VPN to see the site from a UK IP and using IP targeting – Show. Countries (United Kingdom). Is there anything particular to what I am doing that will prevent the popup showing?

Popup does not normally show on my Homepage, just pages past homepage.
When: When page loads – delay 3
Close – Click Outside
Show On – All Pages
Whom – Everyone
Show Only – 8 countries including the UK (Europe basically)Oh yes.
And while I am asking
When I put html code into the ‘Text’ section and save why does this code not save? I am using </br> to define breaks and Line Height. Seem to save Line Height but not </br><style>
