Not Working

I’m wanting to switch away from an expensive setup with Zapier and Ninjaforms.

This plugin is ideal for my site, and will defitily keep things looking nice.

I can’t seem to get it to work though, I do use WPRocket, and have disabled mini for CSS and JS while setting this up. I’m not sure what else would be hanging it up at this point.
