    Hi @mashut,

    Thank you for writing to us!

    We did a quick look of your store & found that since you have Implemented GA Script (UA tag) Via another plugin, you haven’t enabled “Add Global site Tracking Code option” from our plugin.

    Reason:

    Go through the FAQs of our plugin.

    Additionally, you are using the child theme & we have clearly mentioned in the description & FAQs of our plugin that the free version of our plugin is not fully compatible with the child/custom theme.

    Thanks for your response. I’ll try to turn it on and test the free version. Unfortunately my theme is using shortcodes…
