    Thank you for your feedback,
    As shown in the tutorial, the plugin works with WordPress default theme twenty seventeen and is tested successfully with top 5 WordPress registration plugins as mentioned in the plugin description.

    There are millions of plugins and themes on WordPress and it is not practically possible to test it with all of them. Hence we have tested it with default WordPress theme and the top 5 plugins of WordPress.

    Reason for why it may not work for you or behave differently with your theme:
    Based on the queries I have been dealing with and solving them in the past, I have observed that the theme or plugins that you are using may add some styles or scripts that may interfere with the default functionality of Orion OTP Plugin.

    Solution:
    This is where we as developers of the plugin come into the picture.
    If u have followed the plugin tutorial, troubleshooting steps on https://imransayed.com/orion/troubleshooting/ and it still does not work, it means we would have to do customization to make the plugin work with your theme/plugin.

    As you can see in the video, there are options to add API keys. In fact, earlier we only supported MSG91. But based on the users’ requests ( Frank, Aj Maurya ( https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/resend-oto-button/ ) ) and feedback, we have now added Twilio support too, along with the Resend OTP button.

    It may not be working with your plugin/theme for the reasons explained above.
