    Before I deleted all my orders, then I installed the plugin with the default values.
    But the new purchase on site didn’t start the order number from 1 but used the older values (id).
    After that order, I used the “renumerate order tools”, but didn’t work. Nothing changed.
    What’s wrong?

    Nevermind, I solved by checking the “Reset” checkbox in “Reset section settings”.

    Hi @rogeriodec,

    Before the new orders comes in and after the old orders are deleted, the options set in the plugin are to be reset or set according to the requirements. Because the next custom order number will be generated based on the already set options.
