    Hello,
    would apreciate some help. While updating the website I switched from Mailpoet 2 to Mailpoet 3, I also changed plugin for CF7 integration with this new one.. All seems to work expect users from form don’t get pushed to Mailpoet. I changed theme, turned off all other plugins, switched back to mailpoet 2 and old integration plugin all seems to work. Can you maybe give a reason where is the issue? Example of shortcode I use with your plugin: [mailpoetsignup mailpoetsignup-34 list:4 default:on “I wish to recieve news and promotions.”]

    I don’t understand, what will you take a look at? Can you help my case?

    We tested in our side and found no issue. Please uninstall:
    -Mailpoet 2
    -Mailpoet 3
    -Add-on Contact Form 7 – MailPoet 3

    Then reinstall:
    -Mailpoet 3
    -Add-on Contact Form 7 – MailPoet 3

    Now create a contact form from scratch and add Mailpoet signup. The name and email of your form should look like this:

    <label> Your Name (required)
    [text* your-name] </label>

<label> Your Email (required)
    [email* your-email] </label>

    Reinstalling Mailpoet 3 from scratch did the trick. Was a hassle but works now. Thanks
