    Did you ask for support in anyway before deciding to write a review?

    There could be 100s of reasons for a plugin to not work. It could be a conflict with your theme, It could be a conflict with your current plugins. Did you try it on a standalone BuddyPress and default theme?

    Unless you ask for support, how could we help.

    I hope you understand and will ask support questions in future.
