    It’s saying: “Something went wrong during the connection with Facebook API. Please, try to refresh the page.”

    I’ve reinstalled the plugin, nothing works.

    Please help.

    Hi,

    could you please give me more details about how you get that error?

    Are you trying to manage the custom audiences?
    Are you trying to manage the product catalogs?
    Have you logged in successfully to your Facebook account?
    Were you able to select the Ad Account and the Facebook Pixel?
