Not working

    I keep having permission issues for downloads. I submitted a ticket and it has been two weeks and no help from the support team.

    Hi,
    There is no such issue with the plugin. The download URL like https://whatsyouravocado.com/?wpdmdl=602 will only work for public files if you apply any lock option for role-based access control, the link will work if a user is not logged in or not in the select roles, they will need “Permission Denied” message there.

    I sent you a screen shot where there were no lock options selected and the download still didn’t work. File was public and available to all users, yet it was showing “Permission denied” both both logged in users and logged out persons. You guys were not responding to my inquiries, hence the bad review. I had to switch to a different plugin. As soon as I left a review, all of the sudden somebody is responding. That is not very professional. I gave you guys 2 weeks to take care of the issue.

    There was no screenshot link with any of you reply. However, probably “All Visitors” was not selected:
