Not working

  • In free version, why WSM downloader is not downloading videos fo FB, Instagram. But it can download muted version and audio. I want to purchase premium version but I’m afraid what if it not worked. Can you help me please

    Hi , there is no issue with Facebook in WSM Downloader. you can test the live demo : https://wsmd.ttmga.com/.
    but Instagram issue solved in new version.

    I make a website using WSM Downloader. But it’s not working. And i checked your demo website, there are no problem. But in my website it’s not working. Actually when I click on the download button in final download window. It’s downloading a empty file and showing download error. Please check it,
