• Hi,
I started a thread a few weeks ago saying that I had the impression the plugin was not working. And we haven’t found a way to double check it was working or not.

Now I went to clear the cache (never cleared it in months) and I see this:

    Cache Contents
    WP-Cache (0KB)

    0 Cached Pages
    0 Expired Pages
    WP-Super-Cache (0KB)

    0 Cached Pages
    0 Expired Pages

Is this confirming my theory that this plugin is not working?
If yes what should I do?

I do have Cache On. And all other settings by default.

    Thank you

  • Is there a “Regenerate cache stats” link? Click that to refresh the stats.

Did you ftp to your server and check the wp-content/cache/supercache/ folder?

    Hi,
thank you for your quick reply ??

I don’t see the “regenerate cache stats”

Am I looking in the wrong place?

I went via FTP now and in that folder I see a subfolder with website name and when I click on that I see sub-sub folders with 4-5 posts/pages names. Does this mean only those 4-5 pages have been cached?

I’m not sure why you can’t regenerate the cache stats but you’re right. Only the pages belonging to the files you see are cached.

You could try the debug log to see what the plugin is doing when a page is fetched. It should help.

    Hi,
when I open the folders via FTP the folders are empty.
    Is this normal?

@deon-b – no, enable debugging in the plugin and look at the logs. It will hopefully tell you what’s going wrong. (I presume you enabled caching).
