• hello,
    I tried your plugin but it’s not working (as in it doesn’t update the product order on the frontend) so I deactivated it. But now I can’t even modify the order manually the normal way (in the product page advance setting menu order) it doesn’t change the order on the frontend.
    A bit ennoyed with your plugin ??
    What’s the solution?

    Have you tried troubleshooting steps?
    Also @pagilblaja you can not undo the orders once they are stored. There is a notice under admin that also mentions the same. But I will try figure out the undo feature in my next release.

    Hello,

    Yes I have tried the troubleshooting steps already.

    So you mean now I am stuck, your plugin broke my site ?

    what kind of a plugin is that ?

    @pagilblaja I just checked your website https://www.pagilblaja.com/eshop/
    and found that you are using “Sober” theme as linked below:
    https://themeforest.net/item/sober-woocommerce-wordpress-theme/18332889

    This theme uses Elementor page builder and their own custom Shop page layouts. As mentioned on my plugin’s “Important Notes”, this plugin will not work if you are using any kind of page builders on your website. I am sure you must have read this before activating and using the plugin.

    This is because Page builders have their own strict code which can not be overridden by other plugins.

    here because i have the same issue, and now see

    “As mentioned on my plugin’s “Important Notes”, this plugin will not work if you are using any kind of page builders on your website. I am sure you must have read this before activating and using the plugin.”

    No, i didnt see this, and now im also stuck with reordered products, time for a 35 minutes website restore, thanks for time wasted.
