    Adding IP Addresses for a particular User is not working. Ip address is added on the backend But The user can’t access it. from one of the libraries whose IP-based access is not working

    Allowed IP for user .but not working without password and can’t access our site from the IP ranges

    Hi,

    Are you using any proxy for your site ?

    Can you try to set the IP detection preference as X_FORWARDED_FOR in the IP Based Login page and check if you still face the issue ?
