Not working

  • Hello,
    If I save all the settings and hit the save settings button it will redirect to the Settings -> General tab and when I come back to this plugin settings page all the input fields are reset and nothing has been saved!

    Hello Bhavin,

    Thank you for your review but did you bother to ask about the issue in the forum or tried to contact us for the support by any means? The general rule of thumb is to ask for the support if you get any issues regarding the plugin but not to give a 1 star review straightforward.

    But still we can help to resolve the issue. With your description of the issue, it seems your site might have some js error in your backend which might be generated from some other installed plugin due to which our plugin’s js was affected and form save ajax was not executed properly. So can you please check once by deactivating all other plugins and switching your theme to default WP theme such as twenty sixteen and check if issue still persists or not.
