Not working

I installed this plugin to stop WordPress to automatically update the language files every time I update any plugin or theme, and the automatically updates still continue even if I choose to update manually the language files in the plugin.
I stated that problem on the support of the plugin and I get no answer and no help.
Bottom line: not working and no support.
