    Hello

    The loading bar runs for 5 to 10 seconds. Then the message is displayed.

    Click on any arc to zoom in.
    To zoom out click on the center circle.

    However no arc is displayed! Can you suggest how to resolve the issue? Regards

    Hi there,

    in this case unfortunately this plugin can’t calculate the sizes of all your WordPress files in the given PHP max exucution time. Check if there’s a PHP time limit in your WordPress and try to increase it, maybe talk to your webhost about increasing it temporarily.

    Thanks for the reply. The php time limit is 60 seconds but the plugin stops working after 5 to 10 seconds only.

    Does your PHP error log oder WP-Debug log say anything?

    Same problem here, but max_execution_time = 50000

    Same issue. How did you solve it?

    I found another plugin. I went to look but I don’t host that site anymore. I don’t remember what it was. I do remember that it listed on the dashboard file directory usage but didn’t give as much detail as the Sunburst. It was still better than nothing.
