Not working

  • This plugin:
    1. Not working at all (had to edit the code so it won’t cause fatal error on the store);
    2. Not generating alt text for any images

    Hi,

    Thank you for this review.

    Apparently, you did not like our plugin … but your name “Pluginbuster” clearly announces the color.

    Just so you know, you have to upgrade to PRO version to make this plugin work on Woocommerce product pages. That’s probably why you did not see any Alt tags added to your code (why editing your code when you could simply disable the plugin?).

    Also, there is probably a misunderstanding as you mentioned 2 times the same thing “Not working at all” and “Not Generating Alt Text“. The only purpose of this plugin is to add Alt tags to your images … and nothing else.

    Have you had any issue installing it ? Or were you expecting for any other feature ?

    And, as mentioned on setting page, Alt tags are directly added to your code, on Frontend, and not in the MEDIA LIBRARY … That’s probably also why you’re not seeing them.

    Anyway, we have a lot of satisfied users and we are always happy to help in case of issues.

    So the best way is always to ask for support even if we understand that it’s not your goal here.
