    I have bought a full premium version of this product and it is NOT WORKING. I have contacted support via e-mail with no response, so I’ll try my luck here before I request a refund.

    Here are the issues:
    The zipped HTML theme will not load because there is NO CSS file
    The plugin does not work at all

    I have changed my theme to see if it would work with the 2012 theme on the site and NOTHING. There is NO supporting documentation for the plugin or a “how-to”

    Please get back to me ASAP.
