    Test:
    – fresh wp, wc install
    – 1st Spanish Argentina / 2nd Spanish

    Does not exist

    \wp-content\languages\plugins\woocommerce-es_ES.po:

    msgid “Manage stock level (quantity)”

    Result:
    – Instead of fallback to es-ES, it fallback to english
