• Since October 8, the plugin has stopped working, and I’ve been getting daily emails from Pinterest that “there’s a problem with your data source.” Support took days in between interactions, had me uninstall and reinstall everything (which I’d done on my own before contacting them) and disconnect and reconnect the feed. Didn’t work. Only way to get help is to give them admin access to my site, which I don’t allow for security purposes. From the other previous reviews, looks like it’s a good idea to steer clear of this plugin unless they do a massive re-haul.

    Hi @scifigirl128 ,
I understand your concern and I am sorry for the inconvenience caused to you by this situation!

Could you please share with us the problem you’re facing with the plugin?

On the other hand, customer support does not ask for admin credentials from live site, for the same security reasons you’ve mentioned.
Please let us know how we can help you.

    Best,
    Diego
