    1. Did you check plugin support threads ?
    2. Did you raise new ticket ?
    3. Did you try to contact me for help ?

      Is it appropriate to just leave negative review without any efforts? More than 90k websites are using this plugin without any issue. Please don’t leave such negative reviews without any additional efforts as we as a developer work hard to develop and support plugins.
