    Hi, I have two re-directions setup for 2 different locations. When I setup a VPN, neither of them work. Can you advise on how to fix this please? Thanks

    You have WP Fastest Cache plugin installed.

    As we mentioned in the description, this plugin will not work with any cache plugins.

    hi, i just deactivated this plugin and checked and still the same issue. please advise. thanks

    Can you please enable the “Debugging Log” option in the plugin settings, test it again then check the “debug.log” generated in the plugin folder for the details?

    the debugging log option was already enabled, so I tried disabling it and tested it and it worked at first. However, i then tried a different VPN to double-check it and it didn’t work?

    As for the second part of your comment about ‘?check the “debug.log” generated in the plugin folder for the details’ – I don’t know how to do this without more specific instructions.

    Please go into the plugin Settings page from your sidebar. Check the “Debugging Log” option and save. Then, check the details in “debug.log” which should be generated under “wp-content/plugins/ip2location-redirection”.

    okay so i checked the debu.log option again and it did not work.

    then i tried to follow the link you provided the ‘check’ the debug log and i could not get there -it took me to a 404. So please do the following:

    1. Explain specifically how to get to this debug.log from the WP dashboard
    2. When I get there, explain exactly what you mean by ‘check the details’? And how to do it please?

    Please use the file manager in your control panel or an FTP client to view the “debug.log”.

    The file contains your redirection information such as IP address, country, page visited and the action performed.
