• The plugin shows up fine at the checkout page. But when I click add gift wrap, it says Gift Wrap added – but it’s not reflected in the checkout. You can see here:

    We have checked your website, but we couldn’t see the gift wrapping options. That’s why couldn’t replicate the issue.

    I see the problem now, as we don’t have any problem in anywhere else. My initial thought it can be related to multi-step functionality that you use.

    Could you please try 2 things for me;

    • Try to add gift wrapping options to cart instead of checkout so we can see if it is working fine there?
    • Could you please temporarily deactivate the multi-step functionality and maybe change the theme for testing as well?

    If you are worried to apply these changes as it is a production website, I would suggest you to create a staging website and create a ticket from here: https://giftwrapper.app/contact-support/

    So we can check the issue deeper and try to find a solution for you.
