Not working

Did not see any solution to all those topics here in the forum where people complained that the portfolio page does not show properly.
In my case it only shows a blank page (no matter if I try filtered or not filtered); as for the detailed page is a whole mess …

Also I have modified the settings on settings page to make large images max 500px, but they still display as huge … !??! What’s the purpose of those settinsg than !?!?
