I’m sorry I hear the plugin didn’t work. Not were you able to contact the company who created it. What form and phone number did you use?

This plugin is very much still maintained. What version of wordpress are you running? If you can share, what’s the URL for the site you are using this on?

I have Universal Analytics installed. Maybe the plugin does not work with that. If so, it would be nice if it was clearly marked as so Universal Analytics is the new operating standard for Google Analytics. All accounts will soon be required to use Universal Analytics. So it makes sense if your plugin would work with that.

I am using the most current version of WordPress 3.7.1.
    The site is asisnyc.org.
I went to the Ethoseo website. Then to the ‘contact’ page. There was no contact form there and the phone number went to a generic voice mail not one for an working business.

The plugin was one of the first to work with Universal Analytics and Ethoseo was the first to produce a universal analytics solution. (However you’ll need to click the checkbox enabling Analytics.js)

I’m out at the moment but I’ll check the website out in the morning.

    Thanks again.

I looked at the website and noticed Track Everything wasn’t activated. Can you please confirm it is?

I took it down but now I have reactivated it. Thanks for looking into this.
When I did have it activated, I did have the analytics.js checked.

Well it did not work. So I deactivated it again. We were having some conflicts with some plugins and didn’t want to add this to the mix. Thanks for your help.
