    sorry for the delay. I’m not getting my notifications from WordPress for some reason.

    No that is not how the plugin works. It has nothing to with CSS. It allows automatic creation of menu items for custom post types, at the same time you publish a new custom post type. Saves the whole step of having to add the item to the menu.
