    Hi there,
The best thing to do is contact us via monsterinsights.com/lite-support/ so we can take a look at what’s going on

Same issue here. Disabled and using a different Google Analytics plugin until this issue is resolved.

Posting here so anyone else that stumbles across this thread doesn’t think their JavaScript issue with Monsterinsights is an isolated incident (because it isn’t).

This is specific to version 7.10.3

Yeah we have a ton of sites with 3 different agencies happening right now and clients are going crazy. This is turning into a headache for me. JavaScript error

I’m seeing this issue on a client site as well. Is there any universal fix? Will there be a patch released to the plugin soon?

    I’m on pro version BTW

There’s no universal fix, because it’s not a universally created problem.

What we’re finding is some people (we get maybe a dozen a week, which relative to our 2 million install base is really small), are using a theme or plugin which are stripping the MonsterInsights CSS and JS file version numbers when they are enqueued in the backend inadvertantly, because generally speaking (to the ones we’ve seen) the developers of said plugins/themes are not properly either checking to see if the script is being loaded in the admin, or are not limiting the action. The result of this is users who are loading an old/out of date version of MonsterInsights’s vendors JS file (generally), and that’s what’s causing the issue.

If you contact us at monsterinsights.com/lite-support/ we can look at what theme/plugins you’re using and we can see which one is responsible and write/get you a fix to solve the issue until that plugin/theme author fixes their code. We’ve been reaching out to plugin/theme authors as we find them

We’re working on trying to find a way to protect our code execution from the developers not following best practices (or as in many cases where we’ve found it, bothering to test their code in the first place), but it’s likely going to take some time to find a way to do that. The unfortunate part of the WordPress development ecosystem is its really easy for some developers to inadvertently break other people’s code, particularly when they don’t adhere to WP’s coding guidelines. We have a team of developers though whose been working on trying to find a way to isolate these types of things. We have an update that will go out later this week, that should stop a good deal of them.

I have the same issue and its saying this as well:

    You appear to be offline

I deactivated it and reactivated it still no show.
    Thanks.
