Not working after re-installation

Hi,
I was using latest Rest Api v2 but I had to uninstall but when I reinstalled the plugin it is not working at all. I uninstalled because the json has a problem displaying special characters (eg. è, à, ò).Here the link: https://www.vetrinistaonline.it/wp-json/wp/v2/posts
