    hello there
    i am testing your player before purchasing it but i had a problem after the last update as it doesn’t show the player options nor the preset options that i have made when i rolled it back it worked but the media hub did not

    Hi There!

    Happy to help! Custom presets are a Pro feature, so they are not available in the free version of the plugin. But please let me know if you are referring to something else here.

    no what i meant that the player is not working at all after updating it and when i rolled back to the previous one it worked well but without the media hub working properly

    This can happen for a few reasons:

    1. You are combining or minifying javascript. This won’t work with our script since it’s loaded via a Javascript module for performance reasons. You’ll need to exclude our script from script combining. You most likely don’t want to be combining anymore, anyway since you’re probably running http2. Are you combining Javascript?
    2. A CDN you’re using is blocking our javascript files. Are you using a CDN?

    Can you check these two things?
