NOT WORKING after update

used this plugin for a long time and was working like a charm. recently I updated wordpress to latest version and also this plugin. Its working for the footer images, but all the images in the header and body are getting downloaded at once, only footer images are getting lazy loaded. tested by disabling all plugins and checking multiple times in firebug (for both small and large screen). My guess is its considering the whole header and body part as above the fold contents. Can anyone help ?
