• Hi,

    We updated our entire site last week. But since then Quickpay hasn’t worked… The fields for the Private Key and API Key were suddenly empty. We have typed them in many times now in the backend, but every time we click “save”, then the fields are empty again when the page reloads…The same goes for any other changes on the Quickpay-page as well ??

    Our programmers have been working at it, but it is beyond them. They say there is an issue with the plugin and that we should contact the decveloper of the plugin.

    Can you help?

    Hi Mads,

    It sounds like you have one or several plugins clashing on your site. I suggest you enable WP_DEBUG and check your error logs for any errors. Feel free to post them here.
