Was working fine after the last update rated items not displaying the rating, to be clear before if it had 4 stars then 4 were highlighted, now all-stars are empty on every post and page. I am assuming this is a problem because this can’t be on purpose?

    Hi @tcartr07,

have you followed the guide here and cleared all caches? Please also share the link to the website as otherwise it’s impossible to see what is causing the problem.

Hello, thanks for the reply, yes I did follow all those steps emptying cache, minify and then at Cloudflare. Users can vote but the stars are just not colored in I guess would be my best novice explanation.

Sorry for leaving out the site

Ah I see, in version 3.0.0 stars are not highlighted/colored if “do not show average rating” is enabled. I think this pretty logic, as if you don’t want to show average rating by text, you most likely also don’t want to show it by stars. So, the best thing would be to disable “do not show average rating” feature. If you want to remove the average rating and vote count text you can create a custom template. More about this in documentation.

Thank you that did it for me I do not mind the average rating by text and stars at al I now have that showing thanks again, mint plugin.

Rate my post is not working and I do not know how to do the following. Except for No.4

    1 Empty page cache,
    2 Clear minify cache,
3 Empty CDN cache (CloudFlare, MaxCDN etc.)
4 Open an incognito window and check if the plugin is working correctly

    Hi @jan135,

you should first figure out which caching plugin is installed on your website and then find the “clear cache button” ?? Just look under plugins for anything that has cache in name.
